Australian Body Art Festival
The Australian Body Art Festival are very excited to announce that they will be back to Eumundi and are planning the event for 20 & 21 April 2024!
The Australian Body Art Festival, formerly known as the Australian Body Art Carnivale, is a vibrant celebration of the passionate body painting industry. Originating from the vision of local body painter Ria Clauss, who was inspired by her experience at the 2007 World Body Art Festival in Austria, the festival has flourished over the years with the dedication of countless volunteers.
Initially organized by the Eumundi and District Historical Association (EHA), the festival transitioned to the Eumundi Chamber of Commerce and later to the Original Eumundi Markets. From 2017 to 2021, it was hosted by the Cooroy Chamber of Commerce in Cooroy.
Excitingly, in 2024, the festival returns to its roots under the management of EHA in Eumundi, where it all began. The event management and marketing expertise of the Firefly Solutions team, who have successfully overseen the festival for six years in Eumundi and five years in Cooroy, are once again on board for this year's event.
